For example, the July basket includes beef heirloom tomatoes, a small bag of cherry tomatoes, a Lebanese cucumber, a bunch of 8-10 carrots, lettuce, snow peas, fava beans, zucchini, a bunch of garlic flowers, a bunch of green onions, a green bell pepper and herbs. 

Of course, these examples are only indicative. Note that vegetable availability may vary according to the season and the time of harvest.
