The microadventure concept originated in the UK. The idea is to take advantage of every day's break to escape the daily grind quickly and easily, and enjoy an enriching experience.
Here was a philosophy of life that would allow everyone to experience the sensations of a great adventure. In addition, without the constraints of time or money, they were generally short-lived, easy to carry out, affordable and environmentally friendly.
