Winter tales

CIME PRESENTS WINTER STORYTELLING ACTIVITY

Winter forest animals will be the focus of storytelling by a naturalist. This is a family activity for children aged 4 to 8. A special mission will be set up for children accompanied by their parents. They can go on a treasure hunt for the animal feast, and prepare the table with the naturalist. The secrets of the animals will be revealed to find out how they get through the winter season.

Date: Friday, January 6

Time: 10:30 a.m.

Location: Cime Haut-Richelieu , 16 Chem. du Sous-Bois, Mont-Saint-Grégoire, QC J0J 1K0

Please note: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Online registration is mandatory. The cost of the activity is $8.00 for children; accompanying adults are asked to pay the regular access fee of $6.00.

At the same time, CIME invites families to bring a book to "feed" their Croque-livre. Inspired by the "Take a book or give a book" approach, the Croque-livres initiative is a network of book-sharing boxes designed to stimulate children's enjoyment of reading. Dress appropriately for the weather, and bring good boots.
