Night walk on Mont Saint-Grégoire

Looking for something to do this winter with your friends or office colleagues? CIME Haut-Richelieu invites you to its Night Walk, specially designed for adult groups, on Saturday February 8, at Mont Saint-Grégoire.

You'll be welcomed into the refuge and a naturalist will take charge of the group. Afterwards, she'll take you on a tour of the mountain trails, introducing you to nocturnal life in the forest.

Then, by headlamp light, you can make your way to the Petit Sommet, unless trail conditions are too slippery, in which case it will be adapted. On the way back, participants will be invited to enter the refuge, where they will be treated to the narration of a legend. In all, the activity will last around 90 minutes.

Registration

Meet on Saturday, February 8 at 7 p.m., at 16 chemin du Sous-Bois, Mont-Saint-Grégoire. Registration and payment are mandatory and can be made online. The cost is $13 per person, taxes included. Bring warm clothing and good boots for a minimum 60-minute walk on the trails. We suggest you bring a flashlight or headlamp, and crampons if the trails are icy (also available for rental at a cost of $10).
