In a very bright greenhouse, you'll find the dining room, where you'll spend a most pleasant moment.

First, the chef and her brigade prepare a rustic table using their own produce and that of local organic or eco-responsible farms. The tasting menu represents Turkish cuisine. It changes weekly and sometimes daily. Lunch and dinner are served. This is a bring-your-own-wine establishment.

Culinary workshops are also offered for anyone wishing to learn more about cooking. You can also volunteer to help plant and harvest the garden.

Would you like to learn how to become a market gardener, how to start your own seedlings at home, or how to look after your vegetable garden this summer? Chef Fisun Ercan and her husband will teach you all the secrets of the trade during these one-day hands-on workshops. Help out in the garden, where an array of fresh vegetables and herbs are harvested as an integral part of the restaurant's Turkish-inspired cuisine. Tomatoes, eggplants, beans, squash and a phenomenal quantity of fresh herbs grow here without herbicides or pesticides. Learn Bika Farm's organic farming techniques, where nature is in control.
