1 – On the road, at the pace of the bike

Start your adventure by hopping on your bike and heading out on the Horizon bike path. This short loop takes you through Rang du Grand-Bois, Montée du Grand-Bois, Rang de la Montagne, and Chemin du Sous-Bois, in a setting typical of the Montérégie region.

Take the time to stop at the Monument to Brother André, erected in 1945 on the very spot where Alfred Bessette, a prominent figure in Mont-Saint-Grégoire, was born. A moment of pause, steeped in history and local pride.

Along the way, make plenty of gourmet stops to stock up on food for your picnic. The views of Mont Saint-Grégoire accompany every turn of the pedals. And for the more motivated, the 36.8 km loop is always an option.

2 - After the effort, the comfort!

When you start to feel hungry, settle down in an orchard for a well-deserved picnic. Here, the scenery changes with the seasons, but the charm remains the same. In mid-May, the blossoming trees offer a truly magical spectacle.

Take a break. Breathe. Here, we take our time. Time to savor, to look around, and to fully enjoy the present moment.
