5 ideas to break the routine during spring break!

I've come up with 5 unique ideas and activities to try during spring break, to get you out of your routine! We owe it to ourselves!

1. Live the sugar shack tradition to the full!

Sugar shacks can open their doors again! What are you waiting for to reserve your seat in one of our sugar shack dining rooms? I'm salivating at the thought of a delicious traditional meal! Ham, eggs, potatoes in syrup... everything in syrup, it's like a dream. And easily achievable, too!

2. Make microadventures!

They're a great way to break the routine. Microadventures are simple and fun, allowing you to get out and discover the area without the hassle. If you haven't done one yet, now's the time!

Here, we like to play outdoors
Escape to Venise-en-Québec for outdoor winter activities! The area offers a wide variety of activities, from adventure to relaxation. There's a 6 km trail on Lake Champlain, as well as golf circuits on Lake Champlain, including oversized-tire bikes. You can also discover one of the municipality's most enchanting spots: the several-kilometre footbridge at the Parc et sentier de la nature. Fans of ice fishing will also be well served by the three outfitters on site!

Here, we're charmed by Lake Champlain
Winter picnics, skating, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and winter biking: let yourself be charmed by the many winter activities available on Lake Champlain in Venise-en-Québec. You can even watch the amazing spectacle of kite-skiing (snowkiting), and if you have your own equipment, it's a very popular spot for this sport.

Here, we live moments of complicity
Experience the magic of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Every moment is magical and full of complicity, thanks to the various stops you can make in the municipality: Trinity Estate, Honoré-Mercier Park, the Centre-de-Plein-Air-Ronald-Beauregard, the Musée du Haut-Richelieu and the boutiques and restaurants in the warm atmosphere of Old Saint-Jean.
