Le Blairfindie Sugar Shack is a rustic, wood-heated sugar shack located in Saint-Blaise-sur-Richelieu that has preserved the authentic spirit of the past. It serves a classic sugar shack menu in a simple, friendly atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a meal with family or friends as spring returns.

The menu features all the classics: pea soup, pork cracklings, rolls, baked beans with maple syrup, omelets, sausages, smoked bacon, and the house specialty: ham baked in bread crumbs. Maple syrup-based desserts, such as maple squares, maple cream, or maple cones, are also available during your visit. You’re welcome to bring your own beer and wine to accompany your meal, which adds a personal touch to the experience.

The sugar shack can accommodate about 120 people, making it ideal for both small groups and large gatherings.
