The company produces no fewer than eighty-eight varieties of edible flowers and leaves, including about ten wild varieties. This amounts to more than 105,000 flowers per year, all grown locally and hand-picked with great care. Some varieties are available year-round, allowing the company to meet the needs of chefs, restaurant owners, and individuals throughout the different seasons. Product quality is at the heart of the company’s approach, both in terms of appearance and taste.

Visitors can book a tour of the gardens, which can easily last up to two hours. This experience offers the chance to learn more about edible flowers and leaves, their uses, and their unique characteristics. Among the plants to discover are, for example, lupine, cumin, black cumin, lavender, bulbous fennel, purslane, and Brazilian watercress.
