Opti-Fest: A Festive Race Against the Darkness in Mont-Saint-Grégoire!
Who says you have to stay inside when the days get shorter? At our house, we put on our sneakers and go out to play, even after dark!
On November 21,Opti-Fest invites you to Mont-Saint-Grégoire for an evening celebrating the joy of movement. The program features timed running and walking courses of 1, 3, and 5 km, all in a festive and community-oriented atmosphere.
Whether you want to beat your personal best or just enjoy an outing with family or friends, there's something for everyone!
Because there’s more to the event than just the race! While you’re there, enjoy outdoor activities, inflatable games, a campfire, an indoor movie screening, and a snack bar to satisfy your hunger.
The best part of it all? All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Club Opti-Jeunesse and the Christian Vachon Foundation. It’s a great opportunity to get active, have fun, and support two organizations that are making a difference in our community!

💰 Fees: From $20 to $35 for registrations before November 18, depending on age and the distance chosen. From $25 to $40 for on-site registrations.
🏃 Race start times:
4:00 p.m.: 1-kilometer run and walk
4:30 p.m.: 3-km run and walk
5:30 p.m.: 5-km run and walk
🎉 Entertainment and Activities: Starting at 3:00 p.m., enjoy the activities on site. The movie screening in the main hall begins at 5:15 p.m.
🏅 Awards Ceremony:
4:20 p.m.: 1-kilometer course
5:00 p.m.: 3-km run
6:30 p.m.: 5-kilometer race
🎽 Race bib pickup:
Friday, November 20, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 21, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please come to the entrance of the community center with your registration confirmation and a form of identification.
⏰ Please note: Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before your race starts. Lockers, restrooms, and parking will be available on site.
