Origine Yoga is a hot and moderate yoga studio located in the heart of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, in a historic building on Saint-Louis Street. This nearly 3,500-square-foot space has been fully designed to offer an authentic, accessible, and transformative yoga experience for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

The studio offers a wide variety of classes, with more than 40 options suited to all levels and goals. These include hot and moderate-temperature yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and restorative yoga, as well as yoga fitness classes designed to strengthen and tone the body. Specific options such as prenatal yoga, yoga for children, meditation, and gentle practices for those 55 and older ensure that everyone can find a program that suits them.

During the summer season, Origine Yoga also offers a summer studio where you can practice yoga outdoors in a bright and inspiring setting. This option gives you the chance to experience your sessions in harmony with nature while fully enjoying the warm weather, all while benefiting from the same high-quality instruction and welcoming atmosphere for which the studio is known.
