The Village's small orchard is the ideal place to organize a family or group outing in autumn.

First of all, pick-your-own is the perfect activity to do with children. Start with berries. Then continue with the 4 varieties of summer apples and finish the season with the 5 varieties of autumn apples. The orchard offers free, unhurried picking.

Then drop by their kiosk at the Marché Public du Vieux-Saint-Jean for a wide variety of gourmet apple specialties. Choose from 100% pure apple juice, apple butter, apple pie and jams. They also sell many by-products.

Finally, take note that the orchard gives great importance to their environmentally-friendly growing methods, as well as to the quality of their products and their artisan cachet.

• Delicacies: Banana and/or date bread, apple butter and apple pie.
