Bistro Glacé Le Grand Verglas was born in the wake of the 1998 ice storm. This dairy bar specializes primarily in sorbets.

Over the years, Catherine, the passionate owner, has developed her own unique sorbet recipes. Free from artificial colors and flavors, they are vegan and made with real fruit.
A pure delight for your taste buds.

In addition to delicious sorbets, choose from a wide selection of tasty lactose-free gelato, which contains no artificial coloring or flavoring.

Then stock up on other delicious products such as hot coffees, bubble tea, smoothie, frozen yogurt and classic ice cream.

This Bistro Glacé has developed an impressive variety of 27 Belgian chocolates.
