Aime Farm is a dedicated family farm located in Sainte-Anne-de-Sabrevois, specializing in the production of seasonal vegetables and responsibly raised poultry. The farm’s name is derived from the first letters of the first names of Myriam and Marc-Alexandre, the farmers behind this project, which perfectly reflects the farm’s warm, personal character.
The farm grows a wide variety of vegetables, which are primarily sold as organic produce baskets. Through a subscription, customers receive a share of the harvest throughout the season, with baskets containing, for example, carrots, tomatoes, squash, lettuce, beans, peppers, beets, cabbage, herbs, and many other field-grown vegetables. For residents of Sainte-Anne-de-Sabrevois, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, and Chambly, the baskets can even be delivered directly to their homes, making it easier to access fresh local produce.
In addition to vegetables, La ferme Aime produces free-range chickens and brown eggs. The chickens are raised free-range, in a natural environment, without hormones or antibiotics, with a focus on animal welfare. This approach ensures high-quality, flavorful meat that aligns with the farm’s ecological values.
