Terre à boire - Brewery farm and distillery

Discover La Terre à boire, a unique brewery farm and distillery!

A little history

Officially opened in 2021, this family-run business is the ninth generation to cultivate its land. Indeed, the Oligny family has owned it since 1977. Among many milestones along the way, it went organic in 2017 and has won numerous awards, including Quebec's best organic malting barley in 2019.

Experience

Above all, it's designed to be a place of sharing, exchange and discovery.

You too can enjoy an authentic experience: La Terre à Boire is a local landmark. In terms of atmosphere, décor and, of course, beer and spirits.

In summer, the magnificent terrace is just waiting for you to come alive. It's a veritable corner of paradise. Enjoy a beverage carefully chosen from the varied selection to suit your tastes. Or discover new flavors!

Buying local

The secret behind La Terre à Boire's undeniable charm?

Over 95% of the ingredients in our products come from our own land, a rare commitment in Quebec. When you sip a beer on the terrace overlooking a vast barley field, you're literally savoring the landscape in your glass.

Here, grains harvested from over 100 hectares are transformed into beers and spirits with typically local flavors.

What's more, the company always favors its neighbors and local partners for what it doesn't grow. In this way, it creates unique collaborations, such as with Ferme maraîchère Cabru for its basil gose! The company's aim is to become self-sufficient in all its raw materials.

La Terre à boire pays homage to the earth, and to the pleasure of sharing it simply.
