Sabrevois Arts Center

The Sabrevois Arts Center is a unique cultural venue housed in a former Anglican church that has been completely renovated into a performance hall and art gallery. This transformation gives it a special charm: visitors can sense both the building’s heritage and the vitality of contemporary creativity. Located in the heart of the town of Sabrevois, the center has become a true destination for culture lovers in the region.

Since 2011, this former place of worship has been transformed into a venue dedicated to the performing and visual arts. It features a diverse lineup of performances spanning a range of musical genres, including classical, jazz, pop, and more. This diversity appeals to a wide audience, from seasoned music lovers to curious visitors looking for a unique evening in an intimate setting.

With a capacity of about 80 seats, the venue offers an intimate setting that brings audiences close to the performers, fostering interaction and creating a memorable experience. Ticket prices are very affordable, making it a cultural outing accessible to everyone—both residents and visitors to the Haut-Richelieu region.

In addition to performances, the Sabrevois Arts Center hosts several temporary exhibitions throughout the year, showcasing artists from both here and abroad. It also organizes various cultural activities, as well as a choir that meets and rehearses on site for those wishing to become more involved in the local arts scene.

Open year-round according to the current schedule, the Sabrevois Arts Center is a must-see cultural destination during a visit to the town of Sabrevois. To find out about upcoming shows, exhibitions, and activities, we recommend checking the center’s website and Facebook page.
