Haut-Richelieu en saveurs invites people to dine in restaurants in the Haut-Richelieu region offering dishes prepared with local produce. One of the objectives is to encourage Quebec restaurateurs and producers to work together towards a circular economy.

What they did!

 

Haut-Richelieu en saveurs has introduced more than a dozen dedicated restaurateurs who have incorporated local products into their menus. In this way, they are inviting people to make local discoveries, and encouraging their fellow restaurateurs to do the same.

More than fifty producers tell their stories, inviting you to visit them and discover an impressive diversity of local products.

You'll be able to discover the products of the region's producers and processors on the tables of restaurateurs, but also directly from the producers themselves.

You'll find local beer in a number of local establishments: Lagabière beer at MANNEKEN PIS restaurant, and products from the OverHop and Lagabière microbreweries at BISTRO LA TRINQUETTE. At pub chez Morse, RESTAURANT LE DORCHESTER and BISTRO MORGANE, you can also sample beers from microbrasserie Berthiaume.
