Winter party at Terre à boire

The Terre à boire brewery and distillery invites you to its winter event, the Winter Party, on Sunday March 2, from 12pm to 7pm.

The Winter Festival also gives you the opportunity to discover the enchanting site in the middle of winter. Learn even more about this Haut-Richelieu landmark. Interpretation panels will guide you through the various stages of production. From organic farming and Terre à boire's motivations to the brew farm itself.

Also covered are Quebec's brewing identity, the main grains, fruits and hops and their particularities, the brewing, distillation and barrel-aging process, and sustainable farming techniques. What's more, the panels are packed with facts, each more interesting than the last.

La Terre à boire is a family business born of the desire to add value to the grains they produce. Everything is carefully crafted, from earth to glass.

Firstly, the producers believe in responsible consumption and agricultural production to stimulate the local and circular economy. After nine generations of cultivating the land, their latest challenge was to develop ranges of spirits to add value to their own raw materials.
